(CNA) Nursing Assistant Training-Online   Start 07/16/13   Fee: $625.00   Tuesday, Thursday 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm; 15 sessions starting July 16, 2013, ending September 3, 2013   Instructor: Heberer   Location: NIC Workforce Training Center   Please read: 100% attendance is required. Required by the end of the first week of class: • Immunizations: Students who plan to utilize the option of Kootenai Medical Center for clinicals must provide evidence of the MMR series, or Rubella Titer, Varicella and Flu vaccinations, and a TB test within the last 12 months. • Scrubs: may be purchased at Uptown Scrubs in CDA: Cherokee Scrubs Unisex Top #4700 and Unisex Pant #4100 @ $15.99 plus %15 discount (all merchandise), or at www.uniformdiscount.com: Cherokee Scrubs Unisex Top #4777 @ $11.99, and Cherokee Scrubs Unisex Pants #4100 @ $12.99, plus shipping. Required color: TEAL all scrubs • White or mostly white shoes with closed toes, preferable tennis shoes. Platform heels, clogs or other shoes without a heel strap, and non-white shoes are not acceptable. Many employers perform pre-employment screenings such as criminal history, drug screen, driving record and credit checks. It is the responsibility of the student to verify that they are employable in their preferred occupation.
