CourseGraphic This course is required for any unlicensed assistive personnel who is delegated the task of assisting with oral, topical, suppository, ear drops, eye drops, nasal, gastrostomy tube, or pre-mixed inhaled medications. This program is targeted for individuals who care for clients in a home setting, but is beneficial to anyone assisting with medications.

Please read:Many employers perform pre-employment screenings such as criminal history, drug screen, driving record and credit checks. It is the responsibility of the student to verify that they are employable in their preferred occupation. Passing score on the written exam is 80%. The written exam can be taken only one time. Failure to pass written exam requires re-taking the course. Minimum age for Assistance with Medications class is 16.
