Gain an understanding and overview of programmable logic controllers, (PLC), a computer used for automation in industrial electromechanical processes. This introductory course provides an understanding of PLC’s and step-by-step demonstrations of LogixPro 500 PLC simulator programming software by using ladder logic diagrams in our labs. This course will cover basics on analyzing memory structures and programming concepts. Recommended to co-enroll in the PLC Fundamentals course to further your skills in this fascinating subject. ID Electrical Journeyman CE credit - eight hours.
