Summer Art Adventures for Kids

Join the fun this summer and discover new art skills. Learn how to draw still life, people, and even wild animals by using pencils and pastels (chalk). Explore the basics of shading, shadows, and graduations of colors from light to dark. Enjoy a trip to draw wild animals in a wildlife setting and to draw outdoors. As a special project we will do tie-dye t-shirts with parents assisting the process. Please bring your own t-shirt. A student supply list is available upon registration. This course is designed for children ages 7-15. Materials fee of $5 is payable in class.
