For your kids who love to cook, consider this hands-on summer cooking program that will inspire their culinary creativity. Young chefs will learn the basics in NIC’s Culinary Arts kitchen with local chef Rich Henning, owner of Richeezmo Catering. In this fun, five-day camp, kids will practice essential kitchen skills and the fundamentals of cooking. Students will put their new skills to the test in an exciting mystery ingredient cooking challenge on the last day of camp! Ages 8 to 12.


Monday, 17 July:   Appetizers - Arancini with Romesco Sauce
Tuesday, 18 July:  Sides or Salad - Stuffed Zucchini and Bruschetta Caprese Salad  
Wednesday, 19 July:  Entrée - Lasagna Rollitini with Scratch made Marinara
Thursday, 20 July:  Dessert - Apple Pie…* Hosted by Linda Swanson – Lil Pumpkin Pie Company
Friday, 21 July:  Family Meal - Students will prepare a meal for parents or visitors.
