Everyone always gets excited about the late summer veggies, but spring has amazing things to offer: peas, artichokes, rhubarb, onions, and greens. NIC chef, Hillary Faeta-Ginepra, guides the hands-on preparation of healthy, nourishing dishes like Farro Fritters with Pea Relish, Pasta with Spring Greens, Grilled Artichokes, and a possible dessert with Rhubarb. This is a hands-on workshop, so bring your apron!
