Think meditation sounds like a good idea, but haven't started a practice yet? Or have you started and then gotten sidetracked? Join us as we explore meditation and how it can impact your life. We'll discuss various aspects of meditation over the course of six weeks and practice together. Between classes you'll have a change to practice at home and then, during class, we'll discuss how it's going and explore strategies. This is a great way to develop the habits of a beginning practice.
