Making compost means following some simple recipes which we will demonstrate in class. Next we move on to discussing mulches.-.what are they? What do they do? Why do you need to use them in your flower and vegetable gardens? Learn how mulch conserves water and reduces weeds in your landscape. Just in time for spring, samples of mulches will be brought into class so you can feel and see what is available.
