Discover the intriguing human history behind chocolate and its influence on American culture, literature and film. Then savor, single origin chocolates made from beans grown in select regions of the tropics - geography never tasted so good! We will also explore the evolution of drinking chocolate and make some traditional Mexican hot chocolate together. You will take home extra eating chocolate and your very own molinillo (a Mexican wooden whisk).
