There is a shortage of over 200,000 truck drivers in the US right now. In a few short weeks, you could be earning a good living as a commercial truck driver either driving long haul or working locally. This 160 hours CDL Class A training includes 40 hours of classroom instruction, 50 hours of driving, backing maneuvers and proficiency development, and up to 70 hours of lab, range training and observation. DOT physical, drug screening, driving skills test are included in course fees; Additional student costs include endorsement tests, permit, and license fee. Special Notice: It is preferred that you attain your permit prior to the start of class. A study guide can be picked up at the DMV. Class schedule will be M-F from 7am-4pm, for 4 weeks.
